Day #1 of Fall session BOOTCAMP

How are you feeling: Kirsten, Sarah, Maureen , Erin and Beth???? I imagine your legs are stiffening up by the second as your leg muscles are tearing apart. PERFECT. I am really impressed with all of you and your determination and endurance.... and it's only day #1! Before you know it, you will be feeling more energized, slimmer, tighter and overall happier!!! I love the unity that evolves naturally from working out together on a regular basis and I want to thank you for trusting me with your bodies! Get ready for Wednesday as we will be concentrating on arms and shoulders. Remember to eat good, clean foods and don't cheat until cheat day!

In case anyone is looking for dinner or lunch ideas, I am making myself an arugula, red pepper, sliced almond and grilled chicken salad for lunch. For dinner I am making BBQ chicken kabobs with green peppers, red onions, brown rice and baby broccoli. For those wanting to lose more than 20 pounds, omit the brown rice and replace with extra veggies.

TRY: sliced cucumbers with lemon, olive oil and salt and pepper. YUM

Get ready to work your butts off people!!!

Plier squats. Power lunges. Plank. Triceps dips. Burpees. Push ups. Superman pose. Glute kickbacks. Sit ups. RUNNNNN!!!!!!
Words you will quickly become familiar with at my bootcamp and learn to love. If you haven't gotten yourself bikini or board short ready, NOW is your chance!!! Sometimes we just need a good kick in the butt to get in shape and I promise that I will do that for you. I love people and fitness and I am excited to see you guys become stronger, leaner and healthier over the next 8 weeks. Making this commitment will be the best thing you can do for yourselves. One hour, 3 times a week for 8 weeks can result in a dramatic inner and outer body transformation. Come check it out and see for yourself.
Whether you have been looking to get in shape for a long time, already in good shape, a mother looking to lose those last few pound or just looking for a new way to work out, Rachel's Bootcamp is for you. Day #5- Arms and Chest, abs and Cardio

Another killer workout! Kathy and Erin- you guys were troopers today. Even though you forgot we did triceps this morning Erin, I am sure the pain will remind you that you did indeed work them out! Gotta love triceps dips. I am expecting a big class on friday, so Hillary, Arianne, Beth (and possibly Beth's friend), Kathy, Erin, and Maureen, get ready for a FULL BODY work out and be prepared to sweat. Remember, I take each of you into consideration and will give you the best work out for each of you. Enjoy your day off tomorrow!

Day #4- Another Butt Blasting Bootcamp!

Welcome Maureen and Beth! You happened to come on a day where I felt like making the class REALLY HARD. My brother Dave made an appearance and he got to show us how to use the TRX. So- Erin, Maureen, Beth and Hillary, what was the most grueling exercise today? Walking lunges? The power squats? TRX ? PLier squats? Let me know! Hope to see you all on wednesday for some awesome upper body exercises. Remember to eat clean and to eat smaller meals every 3 hours. Don't be scared to treat yourselves every now and then- after doing my bootcamp, you deserve it!!!

Good Snacks

- Almond butter and apples

- Greek style yogurt with a bit of honey and raw almonds
- Raw veggies and almonds

Day #2- Legs, Butt, Abs and Cardio

Here's a shout out to Kathy who joined our 'team' today! She did a great job and really got her butt kicked. I love leg day. Squats, lunges, step ups with a lunge, plier squats, reverse lunges on bosu ball. Ahhhh...good times. Have fun walking tomorrow -Hillary, Carson, Erin, Arianne and Kathy!!! Day #1: Full Upper body, Abs and Cardio

Erin, Carson , Arianne and Hillary...you guys really kicked some butt today!!! Thanks for not giving up and for giving it 100%. Remember to go into a plank position whenever you have some extra time and try to get to 30 seconds. Get ready for a leg and butt busting hour on wednesday!
