Day #2- Legs, Butt, Abs and Cardio
Here's a shout out to Kathy who joined our 'team' today! She did a great job and really got her butt kicked. I love leg day. Squats, lunges, step ups with a lunge, plier squats, reverse lunges on bosu ball. Ahhhh...good times. Have fun walking tomorrow -Hillary, Carson, Erin, Arianne and Kathy!!! See you for Biceps, Triceps, Back on friday!!!
